yes I have administer the switch side according to the documentation from Avaya, but it shows that 'status aesvcs cti-link' down. I have other system which worked with the same configuration from documentation.- mbtamam

Avaya AES - switch status 'down'. Urgent, pls help
Hi, I have a problem with aes 5.2 connected to CM 5.2 with TSAPI. The switch connection status on aes web management shows 'Switch Down'. I already setup the aes, clan and the port on network switch with = auto neg off/100Mbps/full duplex. I even try to upgrade the clan firmware to firmware 38...- mbtamam
