DEar Sriyan, I just found that my informixdir point to G drive but actually my informix in E drive. I dont know how this can happend.Can Drive letter been change permanently in Win2k ?. I have tried to change the drive from "G" to "E" in "ONCONFIG.ol_cg_nt" also...- mbkt

Could not start the Informix Dynamic Server
I cant start the Informix Dynamic Server ol_cg_nt Service on local computer (My o/s is Win2k). When I do manualy start on the service error message came out "Error 21: The device is not ready". Because of this my Application BAAN cannot run. I have tried to restart the computer few...- mbkt

Ontape Backup Full at 70%
i'm using informix to do backup. I wonder how to check the size of backup ontape -s, because 1.I always received message tape full at 70% 2. How can i reduce the size of backup for unnesessary log file if any. 3. How do i reconfigure my tape parameter if i'm want to use bigger size of tape.ie...- mbkt
