Guys,
A little new to the BCM 450, used to IP Office. I have a customer that has a little issue with their Answer DN's. Basially a secretary has a boss's DN on her phone in order to answer his calls. When she is on the phone and the bosses phone rings, no answer, the caller gets her voicemail...
Basically I have ports 1718-1720, 49152->53247 forwarded to the IPO. Also the ports for manager etc.
Manager, monitor, Sys status work fine, just can't get tehe phones for register. Looks like the IPO is seeing everything, I captured a log in Monitor. Phone stays "Registering". There has to be...
I do, the IT guy at the customer has entered everything for me. Is there something I can have him print out for me. I'm not familiar with the pfSense interface etc. Do you have settings that you are using that I could compare?
Just not exactly sure what to tell him or ask?
Thanks Signo, it's been too much time invested already. I was planning on going the VPN route as well. That's what they eventually want to get to. I have the VPN 9620 phones for the customer. Probably going to use the pfsSense VPN setup, any tips on setting it up? Or a 46xxxvpn.txt file? I know...
Has anyone been able to get this to work. I have been working on this for quite some time and haven't been able to get the remote 9508 phones to register. They either stay in "Discovery", or "registering". I have had the customer check the firewall, forward ports 1718-1720,49152-53247 to the...
Cemil,
Have you built the telephone configuration? You will have to build that first in order to cost the calls. Get an List trunk member (LTM) report from your switch. All your trunks will have to be added to the config. Next you can use a fixed cost in the beginning for costing i.e. $0.05/min.
Rachelle,
This is probably what is happening. When you place a call a 'C' charge record is outputted in CDR. This record is sent to the MDR-2000 and stored in a Call in Progress table (CIP TAB)and has the information for the account code time, date etc of the call. When the call is completed an...
From station select the reconcile. Next change the date/time. This will make an entry in the scheduler. This will be a random generated number. Right click on it and select properties. Next modify the time/date, and interval (daily). Close it and make sure it's enabled. This entry will sit in...
Are the call records in the call database. If so you probably have to cost the records first before running your report. Click on the costing button (the green money icon) then do Start, batch. This will cost the records for the report. Then try to run your report.
It can be done with procomm, but the records are pulled out one at a time. The command to pull a record is ^V XT and then a ^V OK, and so on. When you get to the END record you have to clear the box ^V CL and set the pointed back ^V BE. Very hard to do with procomm. Depending on the size of your...
Depending on what version of MAT you have there is a patch or you will have to upgrade to OTM. There is a new wireless prompt that your version of MAT does not recognize.
