Is there any reason I would not want to make my Exchange 2003 server a domain controller as well? It wouldn't be the only DC in the site, but having another DC in this site would be nice, and if it's a Global Catalog Server wouldn't it speed things up and reduce network load as well?
1) SP4 and all the latest hotfixes
2) No ADC yet... We are planning on migrating to Exchange 2003 in the next few months and and DomainPrep and ForestPrep had to be done to help test the migration
3) We're not sure if it happened right after Forestprep and domainprep, but it was the only thing...

Try rebooting, I heard this worked in another thread. Also, rdroske, he's not talking about seeing the members in Exchange administrator, he's talking about seeing the members of a DL in outlook.
Outlook 2004 is probably setup in cached mode (basically offline mode for Outlook 2000). It will take a while for the ost file to be created and synchronize especially over the VPN. I would try to synchronize and let it sit for a long time depending on how big your mailbox is. Or try changing it...
