I have to install windows 98 in a 8gb HD.
So I have used fdisk to make the partitions.
and then I format its(4+4, two partitions c: and d:).
But when I try to scandisk c:, scandisk says that a invalid size of cluster.
I have already tried to modify the type of the disk in bios setup but nothing...
I have formatted the disk of a computer, and I need to install win98...
When I choose to install, the scandisk start(normal),
but after that nothing happens.
I don't know what to do!!!
I have a workgroup with w2k and win98 machines.
The w2k machines can manipulate tha win98 files, but win98 machines can't see w2k partitions cause needs a password.
How can I see w2k partitions with win98 without a user password.
How can I configure w2k for this.
My floppy drive maintain the first disk I put as long as I stay in windows.
If I change the disk , the drive show's me the old disk.
What I have to do to fix it???
