Matt, It has happened to different contacts, only 2 or 3 though. All other contacts work fine. The PST file he is using is a brand new pst file I created. Everything else is working fine. If I recreate the contact it usually fixes the problem for that contact. That might be the answer for...- maze40

Thanks Matt, The email address for Steve Robles is in the contacts properties. If I create a new message and click on TO and choose his address from the contact list it works fine. It only fails on occasion when the user replies to him. This is a big issue to the user so I contacted Microsoft...- maze40

I am having some issues with a user replying to emails. When this user replies to some emails the address that is placed in the TO section of the email has single quotes arount it. This causes the email to bounce back with the error below. Original Message----- From: System Administrator...- maze40
