    sorry what I meant was when somebody turns on the option to send a return reciept is there any way when you receive the email that it does not process the return reciept (to stop the person knowing that you have read the email!)

    Thanks for the reply...i am trying to connect using the database files connection within crystal. I can connect using ODBC but other people using the same products can connect directly and have never heard of this issue re; the microsoft access password.
