    Matt, Many, many thanks! After two months of hacking, it finally works. Yes, I beleive we are using a PTPP VPN. I guess you've seen this before? Also, not that its working, it seems to be switching back a fourth between Phone Manager PC SoftPhone and Phone Manager Lite. Any ideas?

    Kurt Actually the last testing I did was at the integrator's site. The two machines were sitting side by side. His works, mine does not. Both were using the same VPN credentials to log in. I've also used it on varoius connections with the same problem. where do you adjust the compression?
