    Export Station/PEN and Line Appearance on the 9006

    I am trying to find a way to export the following info: Station #, PEN, Display Name, and any line appearances the station has... ie: the 'Key System' tab, 'Line Key Layout' stations. I would like to be able to do this from a 4000 and from a 9006 ... is this kind of export possible? Thanks!

    Hi, I am trying to prepend a digit on DID calls. Currently we are only getting 4 digits from the carrier, and I would like to prepend a digit. Can anyone tell me how to do that using HiPath 4k Assistant?

    I heard that there was a new Seagate Report that comes with V.9 that can give you the % of trunks busy by hour. There is a current one that shows the number of seconds per each half hour that a trunk group was 100% busy, but I am looking to see what the peak usage is for my different trunk...

    Has anyone used the Genesys ACD product? We are currently using Aspect but are considering switching to genesys, does anyone have experience with both products?

    UniPhi Connect Rips queue backing up

    I have an issue with the RIPS queue on the ACD backing up causing all UniPhi Connect agents to be logged off and not being able to log back in. Has anyone ever experianced this? Any suggestions?

    FYI to anyone reading, in version 9.x, the DNIS follows all of the call records on a #8 or #9 transfer. Depending how you report on call volumes this could result in double counting calls (by DNIS).

    I have used both NIQ and IP NIQ and i really like IP NIQ. One thing to be aware of, you will not be able to use the "select extension" step on the remote end if you are not at v 8.4 or above.

    1888 to 3000 port upgrade

    I believe that you have to have SSC II cards (not just the SSC). And then yes, it is just changing it in the Tech Applet to 3000 ports, and then rebooting. But you will need to make sure you have the right SSC's.
