I want to kow if CP would tell on exactly how many new messages on VM box? Currently there were about 50+ new mail messages and callpilot would only tell that there were more than 20 new VM message.

Quick question.. I am on Option 11C running on Succession 4.0. If I do EDD would that re-initialize the Option 11C or basically just saving the configuration? I have an instance that after I do EDD one call got disconnected. (not sure how many are currently engaged when we do EDD).
