What are the limits (file size and number of records in a table) for Pocket Access databases and ADOCE on Windows CE 3.1 and Windows 4.1(Windows .NET)?

I know that Widows CE 2.xx, ADOCE file size limit of 16MB and maximum of 65k records, Is this is the same for Windows CE 3.xx and Windows CE 4.xx (Windows CE .NET)? I searched for this information but can't find it anywhere?

I have a form with records, i want to use the form but i want to start a new term starting from scratch, how do you reset a form so that the Autonumber start from 1. Thanking you in advance Rahim
