There are a number of things that can cause light prints, from enviroment issues such as humidity, toner depletion, print settings, print cartridge drum failures or end of life, and fuser failure. Further troubleshooting and isolation is needed to properly identify the cause.

You will not find that part listed as stated above that is part of the drum/transfix assy. In early models,340-360 the stripper finger assy, which was replaced by the rapid release guide, was an orderable part and that cam came with the assy.

Sounds like you have a bad drum maintenance pivot plate and or dm camshaft. I suggest replacing both at same time.
