Hicom 120 SLT misdialling
There is one SLT on the system which cannot dial out - all calls go to "number not recognised" message. This seems to be caused by the MF digits being output to line at a slow rate (4900 ms between digits), causing some sort of timeout at MCI (o/g calls routed to MCI via CPS).
