Burt, You were right! Tera Trem 3.1.3 worked beautifully. I still could not send a "Break" command from the keyboard but the program drop down "Break" command functioned perfectly. I've since gone in and re-set the passwords and will work on the ADSL wic tommrrow. Thanks for your suggestion and...- MarkGulbrandsen

I'm new to Cisco and would greatly appreciate any help that any of you may be able to lend me. I purchased a used 1721 with an ADSL1 wic.
