I set permissions on the address lists and it is working. However, the users can view the distribution groups on both servers. Can I restrict which distribution groups are displayed on the two server's? Can it be done with a policy? Thanks

You should download IIS 4.0 from microsoft's site. ASP will get installed with IIS 4.0. ASP is not included with IIS 3.0 unless you download it, but I am not sure where you can find it. You would be better off with 4.0.
