Still getting abandon calls under 5 second. I have made the change to system parameters features page 12. Any thoughts?

I have found a fix for this issue. command: change system-parameters features (on page 12, you may find below) CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BCMS/VuStats Abandon Call Timer (seconds):

We are getting a lot of abandon calls between 0 and 5 seconds. Is there a abandon call timer for BCMS or BCMR? I don't want these abandon to show up on the reports.

We had 20 abandond calls into a hunt group with avaerage abandond time of 2 seconds. I know you can do a list trace on the vector, but trying to catch it in the act is hard. We would like to find out if the calls are internal or external. Any suggestions? Thanks

One station we are getting beeps when the agent dials 91 and then the prefix. She is able to complete the call. She has the same COR and COS as everyone else. Any ideas?
