Anyone know how to setup 9630 vpn phone to work with checkpoint firewall. I keep getting invalid signature and need to know how to setup the certificate on the firewall with the phone and which certificate to use.

Where do I set the snmp community string on the G650 and where does the agent reside? On the G700 the snmp agent appears to reside on the mgp. When I set the community string on the stack I can monitor or use the string on the mgp interface.

siriussatelliteradio do you have more detail on this process? that means I would have to have a backup for each individual phone and if I am using the same server for all phones how does the correct bkup go to the right phone. Is there a format to load contacts back into the phone.

How do I load Contacts into a 9630 set and keep them when the phone reboots or when new firmware is loaded? I had a user manually input contacts on the set and when the firmware was updated the contacts were lost.
