    maybe you dont understand for the system there are all in use, so when a pro extension connect on PM, the system said "well all licenses in use, you cant use pro. you have 0 left" but not, systemstatus show 6/7 // and now, there are 2 licenses unusuable, but the system said Active for the 7 liceses

    we only use pro to callcenter service. idk where configute IPO, i dont have this. call center use pro to see queue waiting calls, and some buttons. i left on the last post photo about my manager its an oldie system
