Hello! I have recorded a movie in 16:9 format and now I want to create a mpeg-file in an 4:3 format... so to change the framesize. How can I do this to have black stripes at the top and the bottom of the movie. Please write me to following adress: georgperu@yahoo.com Thanx Bye George- marc1979
