How can I do that? I have only monitor on for the hunt group. From a MakePredictiveCall I get a CallId, but not a device to monitor on.- mapfre

G3si V6 linked to CT-Connect trough MAPD board. If I do MakePredictiveCall from a Hunt Group the predictive call is done well, but i don´t get any asai events from the progression of the call, so if the destination number is busy CT-Connect don´t say me nothing.
