Have a customer with 6-7 Cat5e cables with RJ45 plugs that wants them terminated on a patch panel. Two of the cables are 5e shielded. Can I terminate UTP on a shielded patch panel? Thanks Mansell

Customer has Norstar with Callpilot 150 that really needs the eight ports. They would like to add ACD, we are told to install a second Callpilot to provide the ports necessary. Do we spec a complete Callpilot 150 or is there a different way or part number to do this. Thanks Mansell

Sorry guys, disregard, ITAS came back and said they made a mistake on the impedance value, it is 600. They haven't told us why we can't get the MOH and the external paging to work however. Mansell

According to our technican and Nortel ITAS, the paging and MOH output impedance on the BCM 50 is 3300, when the industry standard is 600, requiring an output matching transformer. Has anyone dealt with this and have any insight on how to connect or what to use for external paging systems and MOH...
