I've added recently a new user to our SBS 2000 domain. Then added this user as database user to our database using the Enterprise Manager. When she tries to open the database, the following error message appears:
"You don't have access rights to the database" (translating from dutch). I...
This option is on. I must say here that can download the mailbox, but not the messages. When trying to sync. and download messages it says that server cannot be found. Maybe something not good configured on the server?
Hi,
I would like to find information on how to connect to exchange server through VPN. The vpn is established and we can browse the network, but I need to configure outlook to connect to the exchange server on company´s SBS 2000 server.

As for my 2nd problem, it was partially solved with secedit command after changing local logon policy, I was very stupid. Yet another error message saying that the user has got no right to admit this session pops up.

LOCAL POLICY prevents you from logging in remotely
I´ve already went through local, domain and DC policies and tried to enable logging on localy and added a test user, but no help.

Answer2: as said users can open VPN connection and also remote desktop, but only administrators can logon the server. The error message: LOCAL POLICY prevents you from logging in...

Yes it helped, actually I don’t know if it is the tool itself or disabling the uPNP services in the router which the tool has referred to do, but the problem is solved now.

Laptop: Windows XP Home SP1 Fat32
Wireless Router connected to a cable modem for a broadband internet connection.
Router --> PC = UTP cable
Router --> Laptop = wireless (PC card bus)

When i came in this morning the following message is every minute appearing in the activity log:
"1011 E3714 Unable to write to media. (Media=Tuesday,EC=Bad Job Handle)
