where in winspm do i go to set the timer lower so that it picks up the shorter calls since they are calling then hanging up i dont think the smdr would show it.

i dont know if it will record real short calls someones calling 911 and hanging up.

is there someway using spm to log all calls besides the smdr feature that would show all the calls being made from each ext. someone is pissed off and calling 911 and hanging up

is there a way to program a button with the access code so that it dosent show when they press it that way i could program the buttons on the phones that need paging. (personal speed dialing or something like that)

first i want to thank everyone for all their help. Is there anyway to keep station users from using the page feature in a class of service or something like that. the paging is going out over #9840 to a bogen ut1312 zone controller thaks guys again for all the help.

its a bogen paging system with a uti multizone paging unit so its loud speaker paging over the trunk port.

after i added two cards and renumbered them and changed group coverage etc. do i need to do a backup in order to keep the changes in case of a power failure or do the changes get saved when i exit the programming.
