Symposium agent staus
Hi all, I've been task with a project to get agent info from a Symposium server (v.5) to display on a web page. I got 90% of the task done, what I'm not able to find is the agent state e.g. Busy, active, idle etc. It is possible to get this info, if so I would really appreicated is someone can...- malouk
