How can I prevent the group header from printing at the bottom of a page with no data.  I have a report that this is happening on and I can't find a way to prevent it.  The group header prints at the bottom of a page with no data and then again on the top of the next page...

I don't see any option for select distinct under report options.  I'm using v7.0, is this a newer option?

I am running into some problems with not being able to use any SELECT statement parameters.  I often need to use the Unique option but find that I can't always use a formula to filter the data.  What other options are there or is there a way around the problem??

I have a field with 15 digits that I need to group by the first 3 digits only.&nbsp;&nbsp;Can someone help me with the formula for this?&nbsp;&nbsp;I believe I need to create a substring to group by but do not know how to do it.<br><br>Thanks
