Hi, We have installed the ciscoworks 2000 in our internal network. And we own a pixfirewall model 520 with the version 6.0. After adding it into the ciscoworks, it show up as a general snmp device instead of a firewall. What is the problem? What is the right steps to configure it. Any help...- mailwx
