Just leave it empty. You may need to terminate the Begin block, but that's about the only change.

Um, you can run into getting duplicates on both the Palm and the PC, which requires a bit of tweaking, but once that's nailed down, it works pretty well.

I'd check in the Mailbox Class and check the settings in Desktop and Web Messaging Configuration | Company cover page folder.

You could do a Call by Call report for each hour of the day.
Fiddly, but it'll tell you the duration someone was on an outbound call for.

Sounds like you've got the gist of it.
Setup your MM mailbox with the two options, with option 1 being your transfer number and option 2 the hunt group number.
Symposium will keep tabs on the call, and will capture the call again when MM hands it back.
