Build two short codes in the users Short code tab. I the example below this prevents the user to call extensions that begin with 1 and will allows the user to press 2 and it will call extension 1104. Hope this help.

Extract the new bin files under the Manager directory then bring up the manager and connect to the system go under advanced and do upgrade. It should show that the system will be upgraded to 9.0.3.16 build 2. Do the upgrade then you are done.
