Computer Turns on by itself[surprise]
Fluxvoovoo is on the right track I think. Some modems have a power up on ring setting. It will start your computer if your phone rings. A power back on situation could cause a slight surge and the modem may see it as the line ringing and turn the pc power on. My sons computer would "ghost...- MadMel
