Try opening and closing the drawer for the transfer belt. This usually works for a while. When/if this no longer works try replacing the transfer belt. I'm guessing that power cycling the printer did the same thing as opening the drawer and that you will need to replace the transfer belt at...- macssuck

Would 3rd party software help?
I had a Xerox Analyst recomend the following for use with our DC490: Equitrac the 2 below are shareware but he said they would be fine with the users we have which is ~120 x-counter p-count- macssuck
