Yep, there is no way around it. Access lets you have multiple versions on one machine because they are installed to different folders, however access also remembers the last version you used and if it sees a different version the install will come up.

Dont know why its doing it? but a way ropund it is. If its just the values above you could use the "OR" statement a couple of times.E.G. "321 or 322 or 323 or 324"

next time it happens try stopping and restarting the print spooler (services) on the PC where the printer is installed? It wont fix your problem permanantly but will stop you having to resend the output. I sometimes have to do this with one of the print servers here at work, not sure if its NT...
Go the Microsoft media download centre and dowload the latest media player but select language to be russian from the drop down box ( it is there I have already looked )

There are lots of software you can buy that is specific to video conferencing or...... you can use windows messanger which is free but if you are using this for work do a little research into messanger to see if the security risks associated with it would compromise the security of your network...

Did you install the patches under administrator then reboot using another account with less privilages? Sometimes after updates etc. the finalisation occurs after the reboot and after you log in. If not you may to to look in the start up tab in msconfig. Start/Run/Msconfig
You might want to try using a standard Windows disk, borrow one off a freind say( not the recovery CD rubbish these suppliers usually give you ) and your original cd key then pull off any drivers specific to your machine that may be on the recovery CD supplied
