    Visited Links Not Displaying In Different Color

    My link looks like the following: <a href=&quot;javascript:parent.toc.Go(20159)&quot;>Text</a><br> I can't get the link to change color after it is visited. It works correctly in IE, but does not work in Netscape. What do I need to do differently?
