We ended up compacting the entire directory and this fixed the problems. Decs was trying to connect some R6 databases to R5 databases into our Chips production system. The mix in ODS levels made it unstable. We don't have any of the problems once we did this. David

Yes, we have single logon running locally with the client. We now have another casualty today. That is three users in two weeks that have now lost the ability to use Single Logon.

We don't use roaming profiles and there is only one user per PC. This has happened to one other user now and we couldn't get the passwords to synch so we uninstalled Single Sign-on so they could at least log in and change their passwords.
