    We did try that and found nothing wrong. we even tried taking a job that works and just changed the server it was backing up and saved it and ran it, same error.

    Arcserve for laptops and desktops

    i am using Arcserve for laptops and desktops and when we install the client agents we use the domain account option. i would like to install the service packs onto the users laptops whithout going to each individual latptop and doing the install. how can i do this from the server?
