Win 98 Second Edition shutdown problem
I have had the same shutdown problems with win98 se. I just solved the problem after using all the suggestions here and from other sites it ended up being my ethernet card i had to go to the device manager and disable it in the hardware profile. maybe this is an idea that will work for you too...- luckypc
