Explorer caused an error in WININET.DLL
Windows ME, Internet Explorer 6, Outlook Express: When IE or OE tries to connect, (I use DSL,) I get the "Explorer caused an error in WININET.DLL Please reboot your computer" message. Rebooting the computer changes nothing. This problem started this morning, everything was fine...- luckyg
