We setup IGAR succesfully but have one issue:
When my call is routed true IGAR it is always the central site who does the call setup. Even when the remote site makes the call.
Is this a normal behavior ?

- First remove all translations of that EPN so that "circuit" is empty
- Make the PNC A active if not the case
- Busy out the PNC standby
- Disable the PNC duplication

It works fine for all my stations, but only the attendants take always the external cover.
This parameter doesn't change a thing for the attendants.

I already found this parameter. But it doesn't solved the issue. If you look at the docs, this parameter is only to change the ringing pattern when an attendant calls someone.
It does not change the behavior of the call.

This is possible.
You use the standard procedure to change the labels on the phone but when you need to select a button you don't push the button on the EU24.
Instead you push to the left (or right) on the 4620 untill you see a display mentioning EU24 with all the buttons.
