    Is there anyway of blocking mail that is being sent to a paticular person and automatically delete it . Basically we our being spammed but the spam Email addresses don't exist, so then postmaster tries to mail them back and the loop goes on, I would like to block mail that comes in to these...

    Exporting email accounts

    I know in 2000 you can export the whole mailbox and then import back in, using *.pst files File|Import/Export| export to another file| *.pst then follow the wizard.....

    Have you tried exporting them to a *.pst and then importing them straight into public folders?
