    Lovegate Virus

    Outlook hangs just after it starts up, so I can't navigate through the options in the application. Do you know of a way to remove them remotely, e.g a tool that can clear things out of it's pst file?

    Backup up you IS, stop the IS and run an eseutil /d to defragment the IS. This will recover any whitespace reported via EVENT ID 1221. Alternatively, set up and enforce limits limits for users.

    Does anyone know of a registry change that allows ARCserve 6.5 to automatically re-format a tape that was originally formatted on another application (eg backup exec). I know that Backup exec can be changed to reformat ARCserve tapes, but does such a fix exist for ARCserve to do the same?
