The DST patch caused us no end of problems. The stores wouldn't etc. I recommend rolling that one back and wait for MS to release it again. I'm sure they will.

If you mean 'Daylight saving Patch' then avoid like the plague. We installed it on our server and when we rebooted the stores wouldn't mount at all. We had to roll back the patches to get the stores to mount again. Have you tried rolling back the patch?

Have you tried adding a host entry on the client pc for the DNS name of your exchange server?
