    archive folders appear then disappear

    Please check the properties to see if the archive folder is not read only. When the folder is copied from a cd, the default setting is read only.

    Format Differences when viewed through ePortfolio

    I am having a similar problem. It happens on all the workstations I view the reports from. Printing the report from the web viewer is fine though.
