Hi All, In backoffice Server 4.0 Suite, how many CD's are there in the case? I have only ever seen 5 CD's. However, my head IT guy claims that there are actually 6. Who is right?? Help end the insanity! :) Thanks in advance, Lou2

Try doing the same but boot in with Safe Mode. On boot hold the F8 key and select Save mode. This should allow you to make the changes without causing a nasty GPF. Hope this helps! Lou2

I am pretty sure that you need to have a name of some sort in that field below the icon. If it irks you that much, try just using a combo of .'s or other such characters. Hope this helps! Lou2

As it stands, it looks like your data is gone forever. However, I have seen cases where the file gets turned into a *.tmp file. What you should do is do a search on all *.tmp files and check the modified dates. If you find a big honking file that was modified on the date that the real one was...
