It looks like 3 trees are running. I have some notes that tell me something about 2 of the trees. 1.) Yes. I am a complete rookie at this. It was a 45-minute training session before the guy stopped working at the company. 2.) How do you first disable a tree?- LostPenguins

Our company has 2 phones numbers, a 1-800 and a (949) number. I can't change the (949) greeting. I've gone into the CCR trees and updated them. I've even exited & played them back, just to verify they are the new greeting. However, when I call our (949) number it's still giving me the old...- LostPenguins
