Purchase Order was manually closed prior to AP match and Invoice. Is there a way or utility to reopen the PO and lines inorder to process against the Invoice? Just paying the vendor invoice while it's unmatched leaves the recipt amounts in 'Commitments' (unvouchered AP)

I would like to remove the cnv security records from Great Plains. We converted from GP 9 to 10 and the old security records provide nothing but a massive cluster of useless records you have to scroll though in setting up security roles to users. Can I in the sql tables without harm.

We are looking very closely at purchasing GreatPlains and Wennsoft to replace an old existing MRP system. We don't want another MRP system. We need "service" and "job costing" software.

Maybe I missed something but I know you can program remotely but how do you "wire" a port remotley. If I could do this I would be working from the house in my pj's every day. :-)
Through my own headaches and also in helping others with the "missing CLID information" I have almost always found that the call was being answered to soon. I hate it but usually you must make sure any devices and or AA settings are programmed to answer after two rings.
