Transaction Server Stopping
We found the answer. We were running COMTI within SNA under NT to communicate to the mainframe. We migrated to Server 2K, installed MTS and COMTI. There is a bug. The tagen.dll file must be updated. The only way to get this file is to contact Microsoft support. See the following reference...- longsoul

Help me with Error Type: (0x8004E025) COM+ Activation failed .
It may be a registry read issue. In server 2000 there is security on the registry. We had same message and the problem turned out to be that we could not read the registry until we adjusted security on the registry. Hey guys, We are getting the same message: 1304 COM Transaction Integrator was unable to process the method because the Transaction Server is in the process of stopping. Retry the operation later. Gust1480 - did you ever resolve the problem? How? Thanks!- longsoul
