Network Speed
Check out if your switch is running 100Mbps at full duplex. Configure the 10/100 Mbps NIC fixed at 100 Mbps. Very Strange Problem!!!
Some NIC's (even those of 3com)that are 10/100 do not run on a 10/100 hub. My remdey on this is that fix the NIC to 100 only then the hub can sense the NIC and will communicate through the 100.- lomex
