If you're using an agent for ARCserve 2000 on a netware server, your problem is wrong agent. You should be using NWAgent 7 for Netware.

Hi Shaun. I also need to execute an NCF (to stop my postoffice) on a target server. My solution (the only one I could find) was to use the NWAgent on the target server. You have a pre/post option for the target server when you select to use the Agent in the ARCserve Manager.
