    Ok John, I can't seem to figure out what I need to do, The route does just fine with all of my 3900 sets and my 2616's. All of them work just fine with auto dial. So I guess I need a specific way to change the the route to the appropriate timers to get the Attendant PC to function correctly...

    BCM CTM 8 not working

    Hey there, The problem that I had was I just didn't set up my dip switch settings correctly. Once I figured out that whole mess it showed up no problem. Everything else above this sounds very good to check out but just make sure your dips are in the right buses that you want to use.
