    I run a security program called Doors32 which has Crystal reports in it on a windows 2000 server. Each time I try to run a report o see who activated what door and times people were here, this error happens: ·The application uses CTL3D32.DLL, which has not been correctly installed...

    Just a thought...have you went into the Printer properties on the client machine and set them to what you are wanting to print?
