    Customer has 3 different DIDs that need to ring one phone. What is the best way to set this up so that they can visibly see what line is ringing when called and be able to get more than one call for each one as well?     Nortel MICS

    We have a location with a Nortel MICS 4.0 that was recently installed. Customer says Line 3 is not working. Had telco out and tested fine to panel.     If you didn't need to print, could you review what is stored on the BCM and delete? They are basically wanting to know how many calls are coming in to the receptionist. Wouldn;t necessarily need the print out. thanks

    One of our branches is having an issue with a gal and personal calls during the day. Does the BCM provide any type of reporting or log calls for a particular extension, without having to bring in any thrid party type of device? If so, how do I obtain? thanks
